I'm ok admitting it....the older I get, the more light I need in my house! I'm becoming my mother and I realize I am preferential to table lamps because they don't take up floor space, they tend to have more options for fabulous bases, and I can more easily manuever them from room to room.
I like Marshalls and Home Goods but found a super cool one at Target! This will go easily in any room and can be a focal point if done correctly.
This particular one is great because the shade is bright but the cage base creates a touch of openness so it doesn't appear to take up as much space on the nightstand!
