Tooling around one of my favorite websites to waste time, H&M, and I found this ruffled blouse…and I scooped it immediately! The lines are three blocks long, items are SOLD OUT online already (even before the stores open)….for a 110-piece collection, the dresses are upwards of $200 and there’s plenty.
