As a mature male (mid 40’s) it’s that time of year when I want to look stylish, break out my shorts and linen but not to young in doing so. What fashion tips can you provide?
When it comes to men’s shoes should dress shoes be flat or have a small heel?
What are the best tops (shirts, cardigan, jackets, etc.) to wear with crop pants to look casual elegant?

Typically, in 4 season climates, summer staples like seersucker, linen, spectator shoes, etc. are worn ONLY between Memorial Day and Labor day. What is the rule for warmer geographies that experience only one or two seasons?
I love the ease of a casual summer dress in that t-shirt/jersey fabric. Even though I’m in decent shape – that fabric is not very forgiving. What brands/fabrics should I look for to make sure every lump and bump doesn’t show so I don’t have to wear Spanx. Love ’em … but too hot for the summer.
I LOVE hats but I’m not sure how to wear them when I’m not on the beach. Please share some advice.

I have an evening graduation I m attending. What should I wear.
I will be wearing a royal blue dress with lace lining and am dying to wear a neon color with them but am unsure if any will go. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what neon color shoe will go well with royal blue? I’ve looked into hot pink, neon yellow, neon orange. I have not seen too many celebrities match neon shoes with a blue dress – help!

I found that due to the cut-off nature of cropped pants, a shorter shirt/cardigan/jacket would be needed. I love the looked of blazers (length hits just before hips) with a cute wedge sandal. This defininately falls within the realm of casual/elegant.

I found that with any male dress shoes, a small heel is always more pleasing than flats. Plus, this shoes go much better with trousers, jeans, etc.
