couples new year’s resolutions

Resolutions don’t always have to be about you….try focusing on you and someone else like a loved one. If you’re looking for something new and possibly more impactful, implement these three couples new year’s resolutions:

  1. Saying “thank you” more often – everyone loves to know that they are not being taken for granted so a quick 3-seconds to say “thank you” is time well spent!
  2. Nixing the “silent treatment” – we’re not sure who thought it was a better way to communicate but studies show not talking points to a breakdown in communication so, you can retreat to your respective corners to gather your thoughts but come out talking….
  3. Implementing “tech free” time – that smartphone is part of our lives and, frankly, almost an extension of our hand but it can come between you and him so, agree upon some tech-free time whether it’s in the morning or in the evening before bed. Just “connect” with each other!!

The end is result is about a happier and healthier you and “we”!

And honestly, what’s more stylish than that?!
