Tooling around one of my favorite websites to waste time, H&M, and I found this ruffled blouse…and I scooped it immediately! I wanted to wear it with my denim all fall but also thought it would look equally nice with a dark pleated midi skirt (see my Fall Essentials List!).
Confirmation came when I saw it on one of my favorite style blogs, Le Catch….
