September is typically one of the hottest in DC and given the recent weather craziness, I suspect that this year will be no different. That said, September is the biggest month in fashion (I have NO ideal how it got to be that way….) so perhaps you can adopt the same philosophy when it comes to your closet! Start with a dark-colored shift dress…… Monday: Add a crisp white blouse underneath, a multi-strand pearl necklace, and a pair of classic black pumps for a conservative riff on the school girl uniform.
