I’ve been working with car companies for a few years now and everytime I get a car, I’m ecstatic and start planning “adventures” to put as many miles on it as possible. Travel: 21C Museum Hotel, Bourbon & Buick

Buick called and I answered….the Buick Bucket List & Full Line Drive event! They called it Kentucky’s Southern Style – this drive took us through the up-and-coming city of Louisville. The tour included a visit to local glass gallery, Flame Run, where I got the chance to make my own glass ornament. Buick put together a terrific event that brought together art/design/style creatives to look behind the new design inspirations of Buick’s line of automobiles including the Verano, Enclave, LaCrosse and Regal. It not only showcased Detroit’s resurgence {we’ll get to that under a different post} but weaved the city’s rebound into the context of the raw, artistic renaissance that GM is in the midst of.
