If I were going to play up the neutral tones of understated elegance, this might be a great play! Carine Roitfeld, former Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Paris, takes blush tones and makes them pop!! The pencil skirt is anything but ordinary, and the wrap-style blouse falls perfectly unkept.
