I was sitting at a meeting a couple of weeks ago and one of my fellow JLWers sits down and slaps this gorgeous NOTES journal on the table. I politely waited until after the meeting to inquire (via email) and she responded that she had found it ‘out and about’. I set out to find it, secure it, and then….share the joy! I’m in DC and the weather is overcast today {albeit not cold…yay!} but on gloomy days, I love to throw some color in the mix. The beauty of Julia Kostreva‘s colorblock notebooks are they (1) are relatively inexpensive when compared to a pair of designer shoes [$16], (2) they’re fashionable with the use of colorblocking {which is very “in” this season}, (3) you can use them all the time and no one can say anything about ‘seeing you with them
