The bow ties we love are: (1) white cotton pique, (2) black silk, or (3) red silk print bow tie [our favorite!] Now for some satin-trimmed tuxedo or jacquard pants, a velvet or wool tuxedo jacket, a nero collar or bib-front tuxedo shirt, and (depending on how seriously you take yourself) leather slippers, loafers or Lanvin‘s sneakers.
Men don’t often get the opportunity to “flash” their style prowess but, with a few accoutrements at play, you can seal the deal in nay work environment. Brightly striped ties are the next spring trend. Amazingly, many of the style trends for men this fall are focused on furnishings so the favorites we show here can work easily with your standard DC navy power suit, or your ready-for-spring camel lighter weight getup, or the weekend/date uniform of jeans, dress boots and a button-down. They add just a dash of color…so we can look down and be hopeful about the warmer weather to come.
