It was all Macy’s and Capitol File Magazine‘s idea to get the delightfully funny and sassy Daisy Lewellyn to M.C. the Spring Fashion Trends show.
The results were learning, laughter, fun and, of course, fashion! We walked away with the #5Essentials for this spring: lace, peplums, dresses, printed pants/denim, and pullovers! We’ve been featuring peplums and lace {along with leather and jackets} on Pinterest, so check out our inspiration options.
Besides getting to check out Ms. Lewellyn in action, we got a great sense for what we’ll be seeing in-store at Macy’s. Admittedly, I am not the biggest Macy’s fan ~ nothing to do with that’s available but, simply because finding exactly what I want often takes more time than I normally have. Well, what hit the runway was definitely fit for any DC walkway too!!
