I say, “Why not?!”
Now, as I understand it, the bigger/bolder the wine, the more a meatier piece of protein is called for but, alas, I didn’t have that so drank it alone!
As I was sipping [diligently], it occurred to me that some of the nuances and personality of wine and whether it’s “your” wine, could possibly be related to one’s personal style, so here we go…
I am simple and classic to the eye but actually pretty complex underneath it all! I will always give you hints of edge and zestiness 🌶️ so you know there’s more to me than meets the eye 😉!
This wine 🍷 was that – it’s such a pretty, deep red that smelled bold and looked pleasing to the eye 👁️. And when I tasted it, it was serious 🧐 and rich but some yummy.
