- Collar: 12-13 inches; lies on the neck
- Choker: 14-16 inches; lies just below the neckline
- Princess: 17-19 inches; most versatile for daytime and evening
- Matinee: 20-24 inches;
- Opera: 28-34 inches
- Rope or Lariat: over 45 inches
