I have a new appreciation for vests. This Old Navy surplus vest is great because it’s going to work great with my Scala Pronto Cool Swinger Hat (in olive) and all of my big sweaters as layering. And at $23, it’s a no-brainer. Any no-brainer items you’ve grabbed recently?
